The Benefits of Exercise

There are many benefits to exercising, from weight loss to increased energy levels. By exercising and eating healthy, you can reduce your risk of chronic diseases and maintain a healthy weight. So why not try out our new workout, the Yoga Workout?
The yoga workout is based on yoga in daily life – practicing yoga postures during the course of your day.

The Five Steps to The Yoga Workout are

  • Step 1: Intend. Take a few minutes at any point during your day to set an intention for how you want to live that day
  • Step 2: Connect. Allow yourself a little time in each position so you can feel connected with it, while focusing on breathing deeply and evenly
  • Step 3: Ground. Yoga In Daily Life’s sixth step, ground. Imagine rooting into the earth as if you were drawing up minerals, water and nutrients from deep below ground level. Use all your muscles to push back against the earth’s force until you feel solid, stable and safe. Then release back into standing tall, sending gratitude for what has been received and ask for protection, wisdom and guidance throughout the rest of your day.
  • Step 4: Perform. Pick one or two yogic poses to do throughout the day as simple exercises like downward dog or chair pose (both excellent stretches). Do these poses in short bursts so they don’t interfere with work/school/daily tasks but rather supplement them
  • Step 5: Enjoy. Yoga doesn’t have to be difficult, it can be a form of self care or stress relief during those moments when things get too hard! If we find ourselves getting overwhelmed by life,
  • we should pause, take some deep breaths and consider finding some inner peace through yoga.

The Do’s and Don’ts of Yoga Workout

The yoga workout! is designed for people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. This guide will go over some of the do’s and don’ts of exercising, so you can get in shape with ease. First, let’s start by discussing what you should be doing to stay healthy:

  • Don’t skip meals. It sounds simple, but skipping breakfast or lunch is not a good idea as this may lead to overeating later on in the day. Try to eat three balanced meals a day that have an appropriate amount of carbohydrates, protein and fat.
  • Do drink lots of water throughout the day. Your body needs it to stay hydrated and healthy. Aim for at least one liter of fluid per hour when exercising, but never more than six liters per day. – Don’t forget about fruits and vegetables- they’re important too! You need five servings a day, so keep your diet balanced!
Exercise is important too. Get started today with the yoga workout to avoid injury or pain when working out. To prepare your body before beginning any type of exercise routine, make sure to stretch first. When stretching your muscles should feel relaxed and lengthened rather than tight and pulled in different directions.

What You Eat Matters Too.

What You Eat Matters Too.

One of the most important things to get fit is to eat healthy. That means eating low calories food that’s packed full of nutrients. The best way to do this is by eating fresh, in-season fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and lean proteins. It doesn’t matter if you’re a vegan or not – all diets work! You can also add spices like cinnamon and turmeric to give your meals an extra health boost.

Yoga In Daily Life has been teaching people around the world how to use yoga asanas for many years, but we believe in adding some variety into your routine.

These include, plow pose which helps you when it comes to typing on the computer keyboard; locust pose which helps with carrying heavy shopping bags; bridge pose which helps when getting up from bed or sitting in a chair; and fish pose which aids those who need more flexibility while driving.

It Doesn’t Have To Be Hard

Yoga asanas are not just a form of exercise, but also provide a spiritual experience. The word yoga comes from ancient Sanskrit, meaning yoke or union. When you practice yoga and work to unite your body, mind and spirit in harmony, you feel connected to yourself and others around you. You can also do it at home – no matter what level of fitness you’re at or how much time you have.
